Please e-mail us with as much information as possible about your shoot with the following details:                                     
1 - What type of product it will be, i.e; catalogue, editorial, advertising etc. (please supply details of buyout & usage).
2 - What type of locations, outdoor, indoor, studios and other requirements, reference images, storyboard to be attached if possible, or layout for advertising shoots
3 -The number of production days.Please allow for at least one weather day   and one pre-production day, this depending on each production and the type of shoot.
4 - The number of crew; if possible please supply names with arrival and     departure dates.
5 - Number of models per day (men, women, children and characters)
6 - What photographic equipment will be needed.
7 - If local crew is needed, i.e; photo assistant, hair & make-up, stylist etc
8 - If props or set building is needed (please supply possible reference images)
9 - The type of accommodation needed; i.e, four or five star hotel or guesthouse, Catering & craft
10 - The type of transport ; i.e, production vehicles:  A cars, 4x4 Car,  8 seats crew vehicles, production van.
